Below is an example of the Driver Stats email.

FAQ

Why did I receive this email?

  • The Driver Stats email is meant to help you stay in tune with your stats as a driver and celebrate your progress along the way! The Driver Stats email will be sent on a weekly basis to any driver who has completed a route within the last 45 days.

How is my Delivery Success Rate calculated?

  • The Delivery Success Rate is calculated based on the 50 most recent routes or total routes if less than 50 total routes have been completed. To determine your Delivery Success Rate, we will take the number of successfully delivered packages and divide it by the number of packages that were marked as picked up at the Sortation Center.

What is considered an on-time pickup?

  • All Driver with Shipt routes have a designated arrival window during which drivers should arrive at the Sortation Center to begin the pick up process for their route. On-Time Pickup orders are calculated based on the 50 most recent routes or total routes if less than 50 total routes have been completed.

What is considered a Late Dropped Route?

  • Late Dropped Routes are routes that were released within 60 minutes of the start of the pickup window. Late Dropped Routes are calculated based on the 50 most recent routes or total routes if less than 50 total routes have been completed.
  • While you have the flexibility to release an order if your availability changes, you should do so at least an hour before the start of the pickup window.

What if I believe the information shown in the email is incorrect?

  • The information displayed in your Driver Stats email is gathered from your historical delivery data based on your activity in the app. If you believe any information shown is incorrect, please contact drivers@shipt.com.

Do my stats impact my standing with Shipt?

  • Repeatedly engaging in unsafe behaviors at the Sortation Center, including arriving at the incorrect time, or any other act that violates Shipt’s Shopper App Access Guidelines may result in removal from the Driver with Shipt platform.
