When do I use this insurance and what are the benefits? 

• Claims can be filed for financial support if you are hurt while active on the Shipt platform. Here’s what’s covered:   
  • Medical expenses, up to a maximum of $1,000,000 

  • Disability payments, replacing earnings up to $500 a week** 

  • Accidental dismemberment and death benefits up to $250,000** 


Do I need to sign up for this occupational accident insurance?

How do I file a claim?
