Shipt offers stat forgiveness as a courtesy for drivers, as we understand things can happen during a route that are outside of your control. During your rookie period, you can receive guaranteed stat forgiveness, if requested, for one stat that falls below Excellent within your first 15 completed routes.
If you’ve completed more than 15 routes, you also have the opportunity to request stat forgiveness. All submissions will be reviewed, but Shipt reserves the right to accept or deny any request(s) past the rookie period.
