At Shipt, we're always looking for ways to celebrate the accomplishments of drivers. Through our Driver Milestones program, we recognize and reward drivers for their hard work and commitment throughout their driver journey.* If you're a first-time driver and you've completed your first route, you'll receive a one-time code from Shipt to use in the Shipt Shop. We know some partners, like Target, require safety vests for anyone in their sortation centers so be sure to check one out.
*Note: Drivers must be active in order to receive their milestone rewards.
Driver Milestones
Drivers will receive a reward after reaching the following milestones:
- 50 Routes
- 100 Routes
- 300 Routes
- 500 Routes
- 1,000 Routes
For each milestone, drivers will receive a credit to use on the Shipt Shop via email.* The credit can be used on any driver-specific items and the value of the credit will increase with each milestone.
*Note: Drivers can expect to receive their milestone email at the email address associated with their driver account.

Terms & Conditions
Shipt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Milestone Program (“Program”), or any part thereof, at any time without notice and without obligations to you or any other individual participants in the Program. To be eligible to redeem any milestone reward through the Program, participants must be active (i.e., must have completed at least one Shipt order within the calendar year of redeeming the applicable milestone reward, and your Shipt Shopper account cannot be suspended or deactivated at the time of redemption) on the Shipt platform, in good standing pursuant to their applicable Independent Contractor Service agreement with Shipt, and comply with all applicable processes to redeem a milestone reward as directed by Shipt. Any individual participant who has been deactivated is not eligible to earn or redeem any milestone rewards. Redemption of a reward will expire one year from the date of achievement (“Redemption Period”), unless otherwise stated by Shipt. The shorter of Redemption Periods will always apply. Shipt also reserves the right to decline any reward to individuals at Shipt’s discretion.
The Program and/or any of its rewards may be unavailable or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons. Shipt is not responsible for any unavailability or interruptions of the Program, or any of its rewards. The Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for informational purposes only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Shipt makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, currency, or completeness, as to the operation of the Program, the information, materials, content, availability, and products. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shipt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Program Termination:
Shipt reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate the Program or its rewards at any time and for any reason. If the Program is suspended, revoked or terminated, all rewards may be forfeited immediately upon the suspension, revocation or termination of the Program.
