The Route Offer Card

The route offer card provides helpful information to enable drivers to decide if a route works for their schedule. Reviewing this information can help you strategize and build your schedule for optimal success.*

  1. Route size: the vehicle size needed to fit all packages for the route

  2. Estimated pay: the estimated pay value for the order

  3. Arrival time: the time drivers should arrive at the sortation center to pick up the packages

  4. Delivery by time: the time by which the route should be completed

  5. Pickup location: the location where you'll pick up the route

  6. Number of stops, estimated time, and estimated distance: the total number of stops along the route, the estimated time it will take to complete the route, and the estimated distance of the route

Early Access Feature Toggle:

In select metros, some drivers will have the option to gain early access to new features, and opt in or out of them via the Account page in the app. After opting in, drivers will be able to submit feedback about their experience. Drivers can choose to opt out again at any time.
