Shipt Perks for Drivers

As a Driver with Shipt, you get exclusive access to offers on health insurance, personal security, and more through the Shipt Perks program.


The Shipt Perks program is a customized program for drivers designed to provide access to discounts for insurance, prescriptions, and more. There is no obligation to enroll, and drivers only pay for the perks they choose to enroll in.

On top of being eligible for a free Shipt membership, drivers also have access to the following perks:

    *Note: Drivers must have completed 1 route in the last 90 days to be eligible for Gympass.


How do I enroll in specific perks?

  • To enroll in the perks you want, visit the Shipt Perks homepage
    • Browse through the vendor options.
    • Login and account information will be set up directly with each vendor.


Who should I contact with questions about my current perks?

  • Any questions you have regarding your selected coverage or products can be directed to the vendor’s support team. Shipt Support does not have access to individual account information regarding Shipt Perks.

How can I redeem my free Shipt membership?

  • You can sign up in the Shipt app with the same email address that's associated with your shopper account. If the system asks you to pay for membership during check out, please reach out to Shipt Support via live chat, phone or email at support@shipt.com
  • To be eligible for a free annual Shipt membership, active drivers need a minimum of 1 completed route for every 90 days. The program is subject to change. 

What if I already have a Shipt membership?

  • If you have an existing membership and are a new driver, you can reach out to Shipt Support to request a prorated refund.
